On Saturday afternoon, my friends and I had a party on my house. Because it was too late, we didn’t clean the kitchen in time. The kitchen was messy. Everything was dirty. The bin was full. The sink was full, too. There were many dirty bowls and plates. The floor was wet. The cupboards were not tidy.

Mum was unhappy this morning. She said: “What a mess. It’s dirty. It is not good for our healthy. Let’s clean the kitchen.” First, we tidied the cupboards, put the things in order. 　　一声撕心裂肺的尖叫声在小区上方回荡着，“咣当”一声后，恢复了平静。
　　两个钟头前，我抱着老猫咪吉在无聊地看电视，家里只剩下我了。爷爷奶奶去了汕头，大厨不在，只好让老爸老妈两个小厨来做饭，我是十分盼望着爷爷回来改善生活的。
　　我本来是在和老妈下棋的，突然有个电话说有个重病人需要抢救，于是爸爸拎着车钥匙和妈妈下了楼，只留下了一句话：“我们不回来了，午餐自己解决吧！”
　　我惊讶地望着他们远去的背影，很快反应过来：爸爸妈妈是要锻炼我独自生活的能力。很快，我把这个忘得一干二净，看起了电视。
　　不久，我肚子里的神仙又要炼丹了，发出了抗议声。咪吉也跑到它的猫碗旁边，可怜巴巴地望着我。它只要饿了，就会用这种眼神看着身边的人。
　　我找到一大包猫粮，闻着挺香，可是再饿也不能吃猫粮啊，只好扔给咪吉倒到它的碗里。这时，厨房里出现了一碗昨晚的剩饭。炒鸡蛋一直是我的强项，可蛋炒饭就不一定了。
　　我害怕地看着那桶油，生怕它会吃了我似的。我打开煤气灶，先热一下锅，然后下油。先炒个白菜再炒饭吧，我想。我抓起一棵不大的白菜颤抖地剥开叶子，在心里默念道：“白菜将军，你一定要挺住啊！”然后，那可怜的白菜便跳下了油锅。
　　“啪！”飞溅的油滴愤怒地冲向我，毫无防备的我被打个措手不及。油滴降落在我手背上，剧烈的疼痛中我条件反射地尖叫了一声，手中的锅盖砸到了地上。我捂着手一脸痛苦地跳到阳台边。我折下一段芦荟，在手上抹着。
　　再回到厨房时，地上全是油点，锅里只有几块外形像白菜叶子的东西。我把它们翻过来，是和锅底一样的颜色。英勇的白菜将军退役了，到垃圾桶里享清福去了。
　　炒菜失败，我只好老老实实地炒我的蛋炒饭。把锅里的油渣倒掉，重新下油。缕缕的油烟从锅里升起，我把鸡蛋敲下去，像平时一样翻炒起来，然后把那碗冷得发硬的饭倒下去。那团饭硬得像块石头，饭粒们都紧紧地抱在一起，同仇敌忾地望着油光闪闪的锅铲。我笑了笑，挥起锅铲，无情地向饭团劈去——终于，饭粒们力不从心，败在了锅铲下。
　　我继续挥着锅铲，把饭翻来翻去。渐渐地，米饭呈现出了灿烂的金黄色，我赶紧倒下酱油。
　　几秒钟后，香喷喷的蛋炒饭出锅了。“正宗蛋炒饭，不加味精不加盐嘞……”我吆喝着，拿出了筷子。在午后的静谧中，我听到了门外的钥匙声。“咔”，门开了，老妈回来了。我兴奋地端着我的蛋炒饭去迎接老妈。“妈，尝尝我的秘制蛋炒饭！”我自豪地端着炒饭，高兴地说。老妈看着这碗炒饭，说：“我还以为你下去买肠粉了呢！”说完，妈妈便尝了尝我的蛋炒饭。“怎么样？”妈妈没说话，只是竖起了大拇指。
